Service frequency is tailored to your property, the selected maintenance program and seasonal growth. Most lawns require more frequent servicing during the warmer months and less frequent servicing through winter. Your proposed schedule will be outlined as part of your quote.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as we have safe, unobstructed access and all pets are securely contained, you do not need to be present. Any gates, vehicles or other obstacles that could prevent access should be addressed before the scheduled visit.

Will I receive an exact arrival time?

We don’t provide fixed arrival times because daily routes can be affected by weather, traffic and changes in the work required at earlier properties. You will receive automated reminders before your service and an additional notification when we are on the way, where available.

What happens if it rains?

If weather or ground conditions prevent us from completing safe, high-quality work, your service will be postponed to the next suitable date. We will keep you informed of any changes affecting your scheduled service.

Can I skip, postpone or change a service?

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change an upcoming service. Short-notice changes, failed access or unsecured pets may result in the visit being charged or forfeited in accordance with your accepted quote and our terms and conditions.

What happens to the green waste?

Where suitable, green waste will be placed in the property’s green waste bin. Removal from the property is only included when specifically stated in your quote.

Are you insured, and are treatments applied safely?

Yes. We carry $20 million in public liability insurance. Weed-control and lawn-treatment products are applied in accordance with their registered label directions, appropriate safety requirements and any required re-entry periods.
